Shipping Policy for Moden Tech

Thank you for shopping at Moden Tech! We want to get your hardware, gear, and gadgets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • High Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a few different speeds depending on how quickly you need your tech:

4. Damages and Missing Items

  • In-Transit Damage: Moden Tech is not directly responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to us right away so we can help you file a claim with the shipment carrier.

  • Incorrect Orders: If your box arrives and a gadget or component is missing or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct our mistake.

5. International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently ship to destinations worldwide, though some heavy electronic equipment or specific lithium-battery devices may have regional shipping restrictions.

  • Customs and Duties: Moden Tech is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
